If you are a new user or a returning user, you will find that our new, improved system allows parents more flexibility while completing the application process.
If your child is currently enrolled in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, the system will use your child’s six-digit, Student Identification Number (SID) to pre-fill multiple fields such as your child’s name, address and telephone numbers. In most cases, students’ grades and test scores will also be pre-populated by the system once the correct SID is entered.
For parents whose children are not enrolled in the school system, you will have to complete the entire process.
All parents will have the flexibility of uploading key documents such as proofs-of-residency, report cards. If you choose to hand deliver your documents, you must bring them to your first choice school.
Applications not completed and submitted within the 3-day window will be deleted. All applicants must deliver a copy of the signature page to their first-choice school within seven (7) days of the submission process.
Finally, a video demonstrating the new features is available by clicking the link below or on the home page of the management system.
